Jay started Omega Computers in 1994.
And has performed ON-SITE SERVICE since the beginning while juggling house calls. OMEGA specializes in helping with office and small businesses set up networks and custom pc's fulfilling their computer needs for their businesses.
With this passion for his Computer quest, Jay attended and graduated Drexel University for Computer Engineering. Obtained a B.S. degree for his Computer Engineering. Now Jay wanting his place in the business world (because he likes to do sales as well). Opened the OMEGA COMPUTERS STORE in Jan 2003. Which has taken off quite well. Jay has an abundant supply of parts & offers same day on site service. Consisting of CARING FOR, UPGRADING & SELLING NEW AND USED COMPUTERS, PARTS & ACCESSORIES. OMEGA specializes in lap top repair as well as our other criteria. Recently meeting Frankie and adding Software/Web/Theme/Promotional designing to round off the circle of services we provide. Each member of OMEGA staff is certified in one or more aspects of their field. Everyone has a part in the development of your computer. We stand behind all our creations. We try to get the Technician/Artist who really is in a class of their own. The staff consist of a few totally unique people in their fields of interest. All Purchases made through this site have a warranty, Please keep your copy receipts to allow us to locate your record receipts. If the seals are broken on any item the guarantee terms are NULL and VOID! We do have 6mth. and 1yr. warranty plans available. We install a Platform System Program that has a help section to the software to guide you through it (WINDOWS). If you damage the software and need reinstallation its $50.00. If you choose to save your Program and previous work by troubleshooting the problem our consulting fees start at 40.00 pr Hour. We are far to busy to be caught up in *example* How do I find word pad? Sorry! We are responsible for the Contracted Procedure only. *example* If the hard drive, power supply, Cdr., etc. fails or modems not working... yeah that's us. And again If the tamper seals are broken on any item the guarantee terms are NULL and VOID! We are few and demand is great. All Multimedia Web design videos are included in the price for the cost of time setting up and shooting/filming of the clients web product, Which can be negotiated.
